The eMPF platform standardizes and digitizes all MPF administrative procedures, allowing users to easily manage their MPF online. After registering for the eMPF Platform, members can access their account information and handle MPF matters anytime on the Platform.
You can retrieve your digital Casual Employee Card by accessing “My Account” > “Profile Management” > “Casual Employee Card” on the Platform if you already hold a casual employee account under Industry Scheme(s).
All casual employees under Industry Schemes, whether existing members before scheme onboarding the Platform or new members enrolled afterwards, will receive a digital Casual Employee Card instead of a physical one. The information displayed on both the physical and digital cards, including the Casual Employee No., is identical.
You should note that the digital Casual Employee Card can be retrieved only through success registration on the eMPF Platform plus holding a casual employee account.
Physical Casual Employee Cards issued by the trustee remain valid after the scheme onboards the Platform. The information displayed on both the physical and digital cards, including the Casual Employee No., is identical.
If you are a Casual Employee under Industry Scheme, it is recommended that you register with eMPF and present the digital Casual Employee Card to your employer for contribution purposes. Employers can use the built-in scanning function on the Employer Portal during the contribution data input step to scan the QR code. Once scanned, the corresponding casual employee information will be automatically filled in to facilitate the contribution submission process.
The eMPF platform will assign a unique eMPF ID to each member who completes registration on the Platform. This number links all of the member’s MPF accounts on the Platform, including all of their existing Industry Scheme Member Accounts. In other words, members can use the eMPF ID to manage and view all their relevant MPF accounts.
The existing Industry Scheme Member No. remains valid. You can continue using the member's current Industry Scheme No. to handle contributions.
Employers can scan your QR code using the Platform’s built-in function to retrieve your personal information for contribution submission purposes.
Please note that the QR code cannot be accessed using scanners outside the Platform.
Once the eMPF Platform has completed processing the relevant contributions, members will receive the Casual Employee Monthly Statement issued by the Platform.
