By accessing this website (www.eMPF.org.hk) or any of its webpages (the “eMPF Website”) and / or this mobile application (the “App”) and / or this self-service kiosk and / or this education kiosk (together the “Kiosks”) and / or this web portal (the “Web Portal”, together with the eMPF Website, the App and the Kiosks, collectively the “eMPF Platform”), you agree to comply with the terms of this Copyright Notice which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Please refer to the latest version available here.
  2. eMPF Platform Company Limited (the “eMPF Company”) is the owner of the materials and contents of the eMPF Platform including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, drawings, diagrams, audio files and video files, compilation of data or other materials (collectively, the “eMPF Content”). You will be fully responsible for any infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights of us or any third party.

Content on the eMPF Platform

  1. You may reproduce and distribute the eMPF Content for personal or non-commercial internal use within an organization and for non-profit making purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring accurate reproduction and will not use it in a manner that adversely affects any moral rights of the eMPF Company as the source of such eMPF Content (“eMPF Company”). The eMPF Company reserves the right to withdraw such permission at any time without notice to you.
  2. You will need to obtain the prior written authorization of the eMPF Company if you intend to reproduce, adapt, distribute, disseminate, publish, display, modify, transmit or otherwise exploit any eMPF Content in any way or for any purpose other than as permitted in Clause 3 above. Third party content and links

  1. The permission granted in Clause 3 does not extend to material or content on the eMPF Platform and the copyright of which is indicated as being owned by a third party, or on other websites (whether or not linked to the eMPF Platform) (collectively, “Third-Party Content”). You will obtain prior written authorizations or permissions from the relevant copyright owners for reproduction, distribution, or other use of such Third-Party Content.
  2. The laws of Hong Kong shall govern any matter or dispute relating to or arising out of this Copyright Notice.
  3. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of this Copyright Notice, the English version shall prevail.
