1. 2. eMPF Platform Company Limited (“eMPF Company”) or other relevant third parties (as applicable) own the trademarks, trade names, logos and service marks (collectively, the “Trademarks”) that are used and displayed on the eMPF Platform. You are not allowed to use any of the Trademarks without eMPF Company’s or the relevant lawful owner’s prior written permission. Unauthorized use of the Trademarks is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement of the Trademarks.
3. Materials and contents on the eMPF Platform, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, drawings, diagrams, audio files and video files, compilation of data or other materials (collectively, the “eMPF Content”), are protected by copyright. You may reproduce and distribute the eMPF Content for personal or non-commercial internal use within an organization and for non-profit making purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring accurate reproduction and will not use it in a manner that adversely affects any moral rights of eMPF Company as the source of such eMPF Content. eMPF Company reserves the right to withdraw such permission at any time without notice to you.
4. You will need to obtain the prior written permission of eMPF Company if you intend to reproduce, adapt, distribute, disseminate, publish, display, modify, transmit or otherwise exploit any eMPF Content in any way or for any purpose other than as permitted in Clause 3 above. 5. Unless otherwise specified, nothing contained in the material or content on the eMPF Platform shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the intellectual property of eMPF Company.
6. The permission granted under clause 3 does not extend to material or content on the eMPF Platform which copyright is owned by a third party, or on other websites (whether or not linked to the eMPF Platform) (collectively, “Third-Party Content”). You will be required to obtain prior written authorizations or permissions from the relevant copyright owners for reproduction, distribution, or other use of such Third-Party Content.
7. The laws of Hong Kong shall govern any matter or dispute relating to or arising out of this Legal Notice.
8. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of this Legal Notice, the English version shall prevail.
