You are able to help your clients and family members to prepare MPF applications online by accessing the eMPF Assistant Portal. For example, enrol in an MPF account, consolidate personal accounts, transfer of benefits under Employee Choice Arrangement, transfer of tax deductible voluntary contributions for a scheme member, and enrol in an MPF scheme for an employer.
How Does it Operate
You can assist a scheme member or an employer to fill in and submit the e-form or upload documents to the eMPF Platform via the eMPF Assistant Portal. The scheme member or employer will then be able to review, verify and submit the e-form/documents on the eMPF Platform. It saves much time in document exchange!
Note: Any persons, not limited to MPF intermediaries, who wish to assist scheme members or employers in handling the specified MPF administrative requests, can use the eMPF Assistant Portal. The person is required to provide his/her personal information, applicant’s eMPF ID and HKID No. (for scheme members) / registration number (for employers) on the e-form.
