eMPF™ Service Centres
You may visit the eMPF Service Centres for enquiries on eMPF-related matters, document submission, and more. The eMPF Service Centres are also equipped with eMPF self-service kiosks for added convenience.
Enhanced Service Arrangements Effective from 12 May 2026
Expanded online appointment booking will be available for visitors to eMPF Service Centres. To save time and avoid queuing, please make an appointment in advance through “View/Make eMPF Service Centres Appointment”.
Special arrangement for employers processing contributions during contribution peak periods
To better support employers in timely contribution processing, walk-in quotas during the following contribution peak periods (i.e., the contribution day of each month and the five working days prior to it) will be reserved exclusively for employers:
- 3-10 June
- 3-10 July
Arrangements for other visitors
If you have not made a booking but require urgent assistance, walk-in tickets will be available at each Service Centre at 9am and 2pm on weekdays, and at 9am on Saturdays (excluding public holidays and Sundays). Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. This special arrangement is not applicable during the contribution peak periods mentioned above.
Visitors intending to submit documents via drop-in boxes or use eMPF self-service kiosks at Service Centres are not required to make a booking or collect walk-in tickets.

For faster and extended-hour eMPF registration support and enquiry services, you are encouraged to visit our district-based network of eMPF Fleet, MTR eMPF Registration and Enquiry Booths, self-service kiosks at selected Leisure and Cultural Services Department sports centres, and csl / 1O1O shops. eMPF™ Self-service Kiosks
Self-service kiosks are available across the territory, offering extended hours in the evenings and on holidays. For in-person assistance, including eMPF registration, outside the service hours of eMPF Service Centres, you can visit one of the 18 eMPF Self-service Kiosks located at selected sports centres operated by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and the contractor’s outlets. eMPF Ambassadors will be available to assist you.
