The eMPF Platform supports integration with service providers' and employers' human resources systems or payroll software solutions. This integration allows for the straightforward submission of remittance statements for contributions, as well as employee enrollment and termination data. Payroll vendors and employers can refer to the Technical Specifications for guidance on development. If you have yet to obtain the Technical Specifications, please fill out the eForm to request them.
To ensure a successful integration, the eMPF Platform provides a Sandbox environment. This enables testing of both API and Standardized Data File after you have developed your software. Keep in mind, service providers, system developers, or owners of human resources systems and/or payroll software solutions that are planning to use API integration in their future operations will need to complete and pass an API Integration Test with the eMPF Platform. However, if you decide on the Standardized Data File for integration, there is no test requirement.
