eMPF™ support now available at Home Affairs Enquiry Centres

From June to November 2026, our eMPF ambassadors will conduct roving visits to 20 Home Affairs Enquiry Centres across 18 districts to assist MPF scheme members with eMPF registration and general enquiries. Details are listed below:

eMPF™ Employer and Scheme Member Registration and Support Station

To better support micro, small and medium-sized enterprise employers and scheme members, we will be hosting a series of “Registration and Support Stations”, along with “Briefings” across different districts over the coming weekends.

eMPF™ Carnival in the Community: Enhancing Public Understanding of eMPF

Organized by eMPF Platform Company (“eMPF Company”), the eMPF Carnival was successfully held at Plaza Hollywood, Diamond Hill, on 9 and 10 May 2026, attracting over 2,000 visitors. Under the theme “The Future is in Your Hands”, the event reached out to the community through interactive games, information booths and celebrities sharing sessions. These activities encouraged members of the public to register for eMPF and experience how the Platform simplifies MPF management and make it more convenient, integrating it into everyday financial planning.

To further enhance our district‑based support services, from 28 April to 29 May 2026, eMPFTM Registration and Enquiry Booth will be set up at five MTR stations to provide Scheme Members with onsite registration support and enquiry services. Please find the schedule below:

The eMPF™ Carnival will be held at Plaza Hollywood, Diamond Hill, on 9 and 10 May 2026. The event will feature star hosts Johnny and Akina Fong, along with special guests Marf@COLLAR, Stanley@MIRROR, Deep Ng and ROVER, inviting you to step into the eMPF™ new era with ease.

eMPF™ Fleet – Registration Across All Districts

The eMPF fleet is now on the road! It will travel across all 18 districts of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories, offering MPF scheme members on-the-spot assistance with eMPF registration.

MPF Transfers Made Smarter! (Cantonese only)

Featuring popular artiste and radio host Ah Jeng in a double role, this video uses relatable day-to-day scenarios to illustrate the concept and out-of-market risk associated with MPF fund transfers across schemes in an interesting manner, highlighting the ease and convenience of completing transfer through eMPF™ .
