eMPF Platform Company Limited (eMPF Company) and the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) today signed a memorandum of understanding for the launch of a pilot scheme for mediation for the eMPF Platform (Pilot Scheme). The Pilot Scheme serves to provide an alternative dispute resolution for monetary claims between scheme members / employers and eMPF Company arising from the use of the eMPF Platform and / or scheme administration services provided by eMPF Company. The Pilot Scheme will run for a period of 12 months, commencing from 25 June 2025 till 24 June 2026. For details of the Pilot Scheme, please click here.
